extreme thirst & hunger, i have to go to the bathroom often, sore or bruises that heal slowly, dry and itchy skin, blurry vision, i am ALWAYS tired no matter how ,much sleep i have, tingling and numbness in my hands and feet, and my back is always hurting.
i have always had really good eye vision until most of these symptons occurred. is this usual?

You are definitively diagnosed by a blood test that measures your blood sugar. You should go to a doctor right away and get examined because it needs to be treated. Diabetes is the number one cause of blindness, leg amputations and kidney disease (the need for dialysis). You don’t want to get so damaged that you need these services.
And if you have something else, it probably needs to be treated soon too.
