What is likely to be more effective/ target larger numbers or whatever? Is stem cells potentially the best way to treat diabetes in the future or is gene therapy the best way or are they the same lol?

I think they should take there research to nutritionally helping the pancreas. I know that that doesn’t make as much money, but one can hope as that would be effective.
